Lowcountry Adventure Photo Tour and Workshop
with Professional Photographer and Master Captain, John Brackett
Grab your digital SLR and join one of Hilton Head Island's most respected photographers and avid wildlife enthusiasts for an unforgettable nature tour and photography adventure. Get off the beaten path and fill your memory bank with gorgeous Lowcountry scenery. Explore area waters and salt marshes and come away with stunning photos of dolphins, waterfowl, exotic birds and other native wildlife as well as spectacular landscapes, breathtaking sunsets and more.
A seasoned boater and tour guide, fueled by his passion for nature and photography, John Brackett will take you to secret places, accessible only by water, where photo ops abound. Regardless of what level photographer you are or what kind of camera you own, he will help you refine your skills and understand how to take better photos.
This hands-on photo tour includes instruction in the technical operation of your camera as well as lighting, framing and how to address shutter speed and aperture. Photography tours are limited to 12 participants, allowing each student one-on-one instruction. Private tours are also available upon request.
John says,"I take you beyond shooting in the program and help you understand a little bit more about how to use your camera in certain lighting situations. At the same time, you will learn how to shoot wildlife and landscape."
Your adventure doesn't end when the tour is over. In fact, it has just begun! Take your new skills home and apply them to all your family and vacation photography.
